Ageless Touch Spa – Client Consent & Cancellation Policy

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Treatment & Health Acknowledgment

I acknowledge and understand the following:

I am receiving non-invasive facial massage and/or bodywork treatments, which may include sculpting massage, buccal massage, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, and posture correction techniques. These treatments are not medical procedures and do not replace professional healthcare advice. Results vary, and multiple sessions may be required for optimal results.

I confirm that I do not have any of the following conditions:

• Active skin infections, open wounds, or severe acne

• Recent facial surgery (within 3 months)

• Severe TMJ disorder (without medical clearance)

• Blood clotting disorders or uncontrolled high blood pressure

• Recent Botox or fillers (within 2 weeks)

I understand that mild redness, soreness, or temporary puffiness may occur, and deeper techniques may cause slight bruising. I have disclosed all relevant health conditions to my therapist.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Ageless Touch Spa, we value your time and appreciate your business. To ensure the best service for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. 24-Hour Notice Requirement

   • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.

2. Late Cancellations

   • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.

3. No-Shows

   • If you miss your appointment without notifying us, you will be charged 100% of the service cost.

4. Emergencies

   • We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we may waive the fee in cases of true emergencies.

I release Ageless Touch Spa from any liability related to reactions, discomfort, or personal injury resulting from the treatment.
