Policies

Payment for services is due at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Appointments are reserved specifically for each client. By booking an appointment, you agree to the payment and cancellation terms outlined below.
We accept the payment methods made available by Ageless Touch Spa at the time of booking or service.
Any outstanding balance must be paid before or immediately following the service.
By providing payment information or authorizing a booking, you agree that applicable charges may be processed according to this policy.

Appointments are reserved specifically for each client, and advance notice allows that time to be offered to someone else.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
Appointments missed without notice (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
Exceptions may be considered for documented emergencies on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Ageless Touch Spa as soon as possible.

Packages and promotional services must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Packages may be transferred to another individual upon request and with prior approval from Ageless Touch Spa.
Packages must be used within the stated expiration period, beginning on the date of the first session.
Expiration terms and any additional conditions will be provided at the time of purchase.
Promotional pricing and special offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

All services and products are final sale.
Payments for completed services are non-refundable.
Products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased, except where required by applicable law.
Package and promotional purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Billing inquiries will be reviewed promptly, and we will work with you to clarify any questions regarding your payment or charge.
